We’ve been regulars here for a few years now. The staff have become family to us. We take care of them and they have always taken care of us, from the top down. This place is a no judgement, come as you are establishment. It’s always clean and the variety of products is unmatched. At any given time you can find people working on their laptops, people gaming or just people hanging out having good social interactions without worrying about things getting escalated because of alcohol. Overall it’s a great place to chill. Definitely recommend.

In 2018–2019, I entered the establishment known as Johnnies Vape Shop and was immediately met with hostile and aggressive behavior by staff. Their conduct escalated into what I perceived as both verbal and implied physical assault. During a calm interaction, I engaged in ordinary communication; however, the situation escalated unnecessarily. Staff made prejudicial, demeaning, and hostile remarks toward me. I disclosed that I have a medically recognized head injury. This condition constitutes a protected disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Staff appeared to mock, manipulate, or weaponize this condition during the interaction, raising serious concerns of disability-based discrimination. In addition to direct conduct, staff engaged in behavior intended to psychologically manipulate and destabilize me. This included making statements indirectly, implying messages without direct attribution, and engaging in suggestive or coded remarks designed to influence my perception and mental state. While indirect or implied speech is generally protected under the First Amendment, such conduct may lose protection when it becomes part of a pattern of harassment, intimidation, or discrimination—particularly when directed at an individual with a known medical condition. During the encounter, I was subjected to statements implying harm to my livelihood, including remarks suggesting an intent to make me homeless. Additionally, statements were made that implied potential physical harm. These actions occurred in a broader context where I have already experienced physical harm from individuals in St. Petersburg. This pattern of conduct constitutes harassment, intimidation, and credible threats under Florida law, including potential violations of: Florida Statute 836.05 Florida Statute 784.048 The conduct also reflects coordinated and escalating group-based targeting behavior, commonly referred to as “mobbing.” While not always defined as a standalone statute, mobbing—when it involves intimidation, threats, or psychological coercion—can support claims related to assault (fear of imminent harm), intentional infliction of emotional distress, and civil rights violations when tied to protected characteristics. Law enforcement was contacted under circumstances I believe were false or misleading, raising concerns under: Florida Statute 837.05 As a member of the public, I have the legal right to access places of public accommodation without discrimination, harassment, or retaliation. While private businesses may refuse service under certain conditions, they are prohibited from doing so for unlawful reasons, including discrimination tied to protected characteristics. The key federal protections applicable include: Civil Rights Act of 1964 → Prohibits denial of service based on race, color, religion, or national origin Civil Rights Act of 1964 → Prohibits discrimination in federally supported programs Education Amendments of 1972 → Prohibits discrimination based on sex (including harassment) Rehabilitation Act of 1973 → Protects individuals with disabilities from discrimination Americans with Disabilities Act → Prohibits discrimination and unequal treatment based on disability in public accommodations These laws collectively establish that individuals cannot be targeted, harassed, or excluded from public-facing businesses due to protected characteristics, including disability. The actions described—particularly the mocking or weaponization of a medically recognized condition—may constitute unlawful discrimination. Additionally, the conduct described may support civil claims including: Defamation (if false statements were made about me to others) Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress (due to extreme and outrageous conduct) I affirm that I am preserving all details, timelines, and evidence related to these incidents. I reserve the right to pursue formal complaints, including federal civil rights complaints, as well as civil or legal action as appropriate.

Dawna is an amazing kratom tea tender, making great drinks, great conversation, and keeping us up on local happenings. I recommend the 20oz Overboard Kratom Tea w/ Raspberry and Agave. Be sure to order the 1/2 gallons to take with you and enjoy at home or the hotel. You get a discount if you bring back the 1/2 gallon for a refill.

Wanna drink some Kratom and browse all the latest Vapes and vape accessories? This is your place. It's okay. The patrons there seem to be in a zombie stupor and the employees look unenthusiastic to be there. The Kratom feels powerful so be careful. People do vape inside, so that kinda sucks.. but if you're play with it, then go have some decent but powerful Kratom.

Pat, Dino, and Noah are some of the best guys that take care of literally everyone that walks into the store. The prices here are better than all of St. Pete for vapes, papers, kava, and kratom. Great atmosphere, great people, great engagement to network and meet good people. I enjoy coming here to relax and unwind and have good conversation with the guys.
