Just had a great experience at the shop. Joe at the counter took the time to explain the product he had in detail. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does. 100% will recommend coming here. I definitely will next time I’m in town

I had a great experience at Lux Smoke and wanted to give a shoutout to Cody for his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through some of the newest vape products available. Not only were the flavors excellent, but I was really impressed by the innovation behind some of the newer devices, especially the interchangeable pod systems in the disposable vapes. Cody explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and helped me find products that fit exactly what I was looking for. If you’re looking for a smoke shop with a great selection and staff who truly know their products, I highly recommend stopping by Lux Smoke and asking for Cody.

Absolutely amazing selection, and Donny made the whole experience even better. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while helping me find exactly what I was looking for. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers make the right choice. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this place as your regular spot

Donny rocks! He was knowledgeable and very attentive! He knew exactly what I was looking for. I also observed his customer service skills while he was addressing the needs of other customers! Very impressive shop. And smells really good when you walk in!

Joe is always the absolute nicest guy every single time I come in. He’s knowledgeable, friendly and a genuinely good dude! He’s got stellar talent working for him, Rachel is the biggest sweetheart and has the best attitude and vibe. I just met Donnie tonight and also just a super nice guy. It’s important to support local business in these times and Joes got an awesome shop and an amazing crew!
