I was coming here for years, this location and another in St Pete. I’ve never had a problem with the employees in the store but today I called there to ask about a couple products. The phone was answered by the owner. He was very snippy, rude and all around a horrible attitude. He didn’t even answer the phone politely. I know that his wife is very nice but this guy is just the worst. He shouldn’t be answering the phone if it’s that annoying to him. Their prices are outrageous and everything in the store is way overpriced. I went there because it was convenient since I have to use the dispensary next door weekly. I will never ever give this place my business ever again. I highly recommend Vapor Road on 49th St or the 34th street location. Amazing service there. Stay away from this place and save your money. It’s rare I leave bad reviews but this guy CERTAINLY deserves it.

DO NOT BUY FROM PURPLE HAZE !! So LEO is the owner’s name. How do I know I called and asked him about ZERO nicotine vapes. He kept me on the phone for a half hour telling me what a honest and proud business owner he was. A week later when supplies came in, I went to purchase two vapes. The girl at the counter handed me two. One turned out to be a 5%. Brought it right back in, called him 4 times, visited 4 times to find out that Leo would NOT exchange it and would only give me a 20% discount on a new purchase. NOT GOOD BUSINESS !!

Ashley and Ana are always super helpful and knowledgeable when I go in. Sometimes I make a quick stop for small items and other times I am there for larger purchases and Ana always knows the best way to go about things. She gives good advice on product quality compared to price and always makes sure I have what I need before I go. They have even listened to my suggestions on new items as well. I go a couple times a week. They really make it a one stop shop 10/10 customer service and 5 stars for the stores quality of products.
