Been a loyal customer for several years now. Watching employees change, watching the store From negative to positive and I can tell you the manager who does EVERYTHING for her customers and employees does everything in her power everything single day to keep that store together. She is the glue. I first hand have seen her handle some tough situations at the most professional with a line of people in front of her. She can handle it. Product has always been reasonably priced, and I've never left disappointment. She's always restocking, or doing something in that store whenever I'm in there. You're blind and bitter if you don't see how great of a place this is to shop.

Absolutely love it here. I was never one for loyalty when it came to a smoke shop, just whatever happened to be closest to me whenever I was where I’m at, and then I came in a rising grind on a random Monday night and met Sylver…6 months later I haven’t gone anywhere else since. She’s made a beyond loyal customer out of me. Always so nice and hospitable, whenever she’s there when I walk in the vibes are always up.

I am a regular and have been for many years now! I am in love with this smoke shop. The staff here has really become my second family. Mars, Sylver, and Robyn are always incredibly helpful as well as the other few faces I’ve seen here and there. They have an AMAZING rewards program. Not like other places where it seems like you’re endlessly collecting points. Huge selections of everything and they even have art!

10/10 experience, first of many! Local resident, I live nearby and needed some supplies after work. I decided to stop by Rise & Grind and was pleasantly surprised by the selection, quality, unbeatable prices and THEE most incredible manager on shift. She was super helpful, attentive and made my experience unforgettable! Left the store with exactly what I wanted. I recommend this to any and all in search of smoke supplies, kava, kratom, glass, vapes and etc. Thank you Rise & Grind🫠

This is too funny, first off they must have spent so much money on the mural and paintings they have outside of their business that it must be the reason their prices are higher then everybody else in the area. I made a statement and asked the young lady working why she thought gas stations sold their vapes so much cheaper then smoke shops and wondered if it was because the gas station can sell a little bit of everything… she agreed but then went on to tell me that the shop she’s working in sells their vape products for the exact price they get them. Confused I had to ask, “so are you saying you guys don’t make a dollar off any vape?” She said nope. I told her they were lying if they told you that, she said nope I’ve seen documentation that proves it. Sure ya did. This place is a rip off, period
