They sold me a Raz 25k that wouldn't even turn on and when I went back to try to exchange it they said they couldn't do anything but give me 15% off another one because it wasn't the same day. I bought it 9 days ago with others. If they had told me to try each one in the store maybe that would make sense but now I'm out almost $30 for buying the same thing I always buy from them. That's a garbage policy from a store I've bought from multiple times without any issue. I recommend going to any of the 50 other stores in a few mile radius.
