I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection. Everyone I interacted with was professional and genuinely seemed to care about providing excellent customer service. It’s refreshing to do business with a team that values honesty, communication, and customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a great experience, and I’ll be coming back in the future. Five stars!

I walked into this smoke shop expecting to just grab a quick lighter… and instead, I met Kyla — part retail associate, part life coach, part vape whisperer. From the moment I walked in, Kyla greeted me like I was a long-lost cousin who owed her $20 but she forgave anyway. She didn’t just sell me products — she took me on a guided tour of enlightenment. At one point I think she compared a glass piece to a “handcrafted instrument of destiny,” and honestly… she wasn’t wrong.

Joey, was and is Three Words: Professional. Polite. Purposeful. This was my first time stopping into the store. Beautifully presented atmosphere all around and nothing out of the ordinary😊. Thank you so very much once more, Joey; I would highly recommend and am looking to return in the future and furthermore.

I absolutely recommend this place to any and everyone!! They even have reward system where you get $5 off every $100 you spend!! The staff are amazing and so helpful!! I absolutely adore this place and the staff!! Keep up the great work guys!!

Jade was AMAZING. From the moment I walked in, she was super communicative, friendly, and genuinely helpful. She has such a great personality and really took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Her suggestion was perfect and exactly what I needed. The experience was smooth, comfortable, and fun thanks to her. You can tell she really knows her stuff and actually cares about helping customers, not just selling. Huge shoutout to Jade! 10/10. I’ll definitely be back!
