Every visit here reminds me why this place is such a gem, and Mel is a huge part of that experience. She is truly one of the best! Her customer service is impeccable. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely takes the time to explain everything and show me exactly what she recommends and why. There’s never any pressure, just great advice from someone who clearly knows her stuff. At this point, I end up buying practically everything she recommends because she has never steered me wrong! What really stands out is the consistency. It’s not just one great visit. Every single time I come in, Mel delivers the same welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable service that makes you actually look forward to coming back. This place is already a gem, but Mel is absolutely one of its shining stars. If you stop in, ask for her. You’ll quickly understand why she makes such a lasting impression. Exceptional service from start to finish!

Fantastic! Mel was so helpful and let us take our time even right as they were closing. We always have a great experience here and the entire is staff is super friendly. They’ve got great customer service and have always taken care of me! Huge selection, especially for vapes but have the tobacco basics too. This spot has been my regular since they’ve opened!

Mel was the best. Put me on to all types of cool stuff! Check her out💯

Great selection of items! Mel is always putting me in some top tier products

Overpriced. They’ve got two employees that are sweethearts, but almost all of the employees besides the owner don’t know anything about their products, and they try to get you to buy hundreds of dollars’ worth of stuff whenever you go in and really don’t take no for an answer. We need a good shop with fair prices. Coming from someone who used to be a manager at a vape store, all their products are extremely overpriced. If you live in the area and need a good shop, go to DJ Smoke Shop or Hop N Go Smoke Shop. They’ll bring in whatever you want, and they actually ask what you want to pay. They really care about their customers.
