Stopped in for the first time today, and unfortunately the vape I purchased turned out to be defective. I didn’t catch the clerk’s name, but he exchanged it for me with absolutely no questions asked. I grabbed another of the same flavor, only to have the exact same issue. I called the store to let him know what happened, and he told me I could come back in and exchange it again. Most places would probably tell you there’s nothing they can do, so I really appreciate him going above and beyond to make it right. That kind of customer service is what creates loyal customers. I’ll definitely be back in the future!

Sold yesterday May 26 2025, overpriced vapes, almost twice as much as other vape stores. When we got home we noticed the vapes were expired, brought back today, unopened box, and they refused to refund saying the all sales are final!!! Terrible customer experience!!
