I had a great experience at Puff Smoke Shop. Amber, Jared, and especially Corey provided outstanding customer service. Corey went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience welcoming and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers. Amber and Jared were also friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, making the atmosphere even better. If you’re looking for great service and people who actually know their products, I definitely recommend stopping by and asking for Corey!

I absolutely love Puff Smoke Shop! Every time I come in, the staff is so welcoming, friendly, and full of positive energy. They always make me feel appreciated as a customer, and today they went above and beyond by giving me gifts just because I inform them I’m headed to Destin beach🥰🥰. That level of kindness and customer service is hard to find these days. The atmosphere is always great, everyone is knowledgeable, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Thank you for always showing so much love—I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for great products and even better people!

Great selection, knowledable staff and kick ass events on site make this a humdinger. There are smoke shops and then there’s The Puff Smoke Shop. Oh and come in for half price poster day on Wednesdays.

Well stocked for puffers. Staff are helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Wide range of products from basic pipes to exquisitely crafted bongs and a lot in between the budget and high-end items. Plus they carry many accessories for the various smoking devices. Hours are great - 7x24 👍 !!
