Vape Haven is truly heavenly! The store is maintained well, with a neat and tidy atmosphere that makes browsing a pleasure. The layout is superb, allowing you to easily explore their vast selection of vape options and more. The staff is incredibly helpful, CJ was super informative, taking the time to answer questions and guide you through the products. Their expertise and enthusiasm are evident, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable. We were thrilled to discover the wide range of vape variations available, and If you're a vaper, Vape Haven is an absolute must-visit. We're so glad we stopped by.

This is my *still* my go-to vape shop, always has been. The prices for the actual tanks and mods are up there, but the help is A+!! 15/10 quality customer service from the whole crew, but none so knowledgeable and at the front of this team as Carson, first and foremost—just like however many years ago I originally posted this review.... and their juice selection and pricing is still the best of the best. They literally carry the one juice I won't stray from *because* it's "My" juice. They carry certain coils for the same reason and their loyalty system is up and running again, too! It's not the same exact points/rewards system as before but it makes such a huge difference to me when a place i'm a true "regular" customer of makes certain to reward me for choosing their business instead of anyone else's. And for me? *THE* OG is still *My* Vape Shop—that's really really saying something, given that there's about a million more vape shops in this town today (autumn in 2025) than there was even one year ago, much less 3-5 years ago. Vape Haven #1 on Old Water Oak Rd and Thomasville Rd in Tallahassee FL (same shopping strip as Smitty's, Coosh's, Canopy Road Cafe) is the one I drive past other vape shops to go to. So. There's your review right there. Carson is ABSOLUTELY 75% of higher the reason, too. If she isn't the full blown manager, she should be, and even if she is the store manager these days she still deserves a raise.

I've used this place for years now and so far it has been the best vape store I've ever visited . I love this place

Awesome staff!! Great customer service, hugeee juice selection, lots of mods and kits ranging from pens, to starter kits, to high end mechanical mods. Prices on the juice are at a very good price, 10/10 stars if I could. The store is very clean. Vape Haven wont let you down. I seriously recommend going there whether your you’re trying to quit smoking cigarettes or looking to upgrade your device.

CJ gave incredible customer service and provided quality products. This is the place to go, take my word for it. Everything is authentic and they place customer satisfaction first! Thanks for staying real CJ and Vape Haven
