I’ve been a loyal customer, sent them a LOT of business over the years and spent hundreds (if not thousands) myself…that ended today (6/19). The guy here acts as lazy and obnoxious as he looks…he opened the store 30 minutes late, no apology or acknowledgement whatsoever for leaving customers waiting in the parking lot. Then, as he was talking to another customer, I was trying my friend’s pod to determine the best device for her - this jerk tells me I need to stop vaping in front of him because he can’t handle it…you already don’t like customers and you apparently don’t like vaping either so do everyone a favor and quit! We ended up leaving and spending $200 elsewhere - this is the second time we go to vape haven and the store isn’t open during hours, add this experience on top of that…I’m done.

Jordan is the undisputed goat, i came in to switch to a non disposable vape and he gave me a very personalized experience based on all the things I liked and disliked. It was genuinely a pleasure having met jordan and i’m happy to be a new customer. Thank you jordan.

Best shop in town by far! They have the best service, friendly staff, and if you see the man with a beard and a backwards hat on, you know you’ll be taken care of. I’ve never once had an issue with customer service or anything. Insanely clean and organized. If a device you buy is faulty, they will exchange it for free and give you a new one! I will always shop here and I recommend everybody else do the same. Prices are amazing and the atmosphere is even more amazing!
