I purchased a 4g Pixie Pod disposable o Monday, September 8th - so, 8 days ago - and since Sunday September 14th it has not been working. It ceased to respond to my pressing for inhalation. I just press and it blinks, without allowing me to pull anything. It charges just fine and it locks and unlocks fine too. I went today to ask about it and I was met by shoulder shrugs and “I don’t know”s from the young lady tonight. When I asked if I could please have an exchange for I like the product she answered there’s nothing she can do for me. Nearly $50 just set on fire right in my face. I strongly advise against purchasing or even visiting this shop as they carry faulty products in addition to being extremely unhelpful. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
