First time going here and never Coming back. Customer service is terrible they only try to scam you. My husband has been here before and knows what he usually pays for what we get. The guy working today was sitting talking on his phone and had me stand there for a minute so he can finish his conversation then helped me. Didn’t even get a greeting when I walked through the door. I showed him a picture of what my husband usually buys and he proceeded to show me products that were more expensive and I looked in the window myself and saw the product I showed him in the picture which led me to believe he was only trying to upsell the other stuff instead of giving me what I asked for. Terrible experience never returning.

Great experience at Vapenotiq. The staff were friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain the different options without pushing a sale. Nice selection, fair prices, and overall really good service. I’ll definitely be back.

Upon entering Eli greeted me with great vibes and assisted me right away with finding all that I needed. He’s got plenty of deals on super cute glass! This is not my local smoke shop but when in the area it will be 👍🏽
