I visited this smoke shop twice and both times were months apart. Both times there was no smiles or knowledge! And the prices are not that great. It is clean, though.. And I did walk away spending a small amount both times. The products are okay but they are not worth the prices and horrible customer service!! I'll avoid this shop from now on because there are many other great places to buy these same products.

@Mr.Jackie Mondragon ,I would like to leave a review in support of the salesperson involved in this situation. Because I go to that store every time just because of the customer service she gives. And I have seen this guy writing bad reviews to every store. As another long-time customer of this store, I feel that I need to speak up because this review is extremely unfair and misrepresents the situation. First, bringing up an employee’s background has nothing to do with customer service, and it’s not right to label someone based on that. And it shows your character. I’ve been helped by that same young woman many times, and she has always been professional, patient, and respectful. In fact, she’s one of the main reasons I return to this store — she remembers customers, she explains products clearly, and she always makes sure we walk out satisfied. Mistakes can happen with samples or products anywhere, but blaming her character for it and demanding free items is not fair. I’ve personally watched her handle difficult situations with calm and kindness, even when customers were being unreasonable. That says a lot about who she really is. This is a great store with hardworking staff like her. One negative encounter doesn’t erase the consistent good service many of us receive every single time we visit. I stand with the employee because she absolutely does not deserve this kind of attack. And no where in whole united states you get the customer service that she gives!!
