Fantastic experience with wonderful customer service. We were served by Faith and she was incredible. She had so much product knowledge. Calis has the best pricing around with the biggest selection and variety of everything you need. I had a thirty two ounce tea and it was delicious. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place.

The woman who runs this shop is not only beautiful on the outside, but beautiful on the inside. This woman went out of her way to track down my very specific ZYN flavor and milligram just because she knows that’s what I like the most. I never asked her to do it, she just genuinely went out of her way to provide one of her regular customers with the product that they enjoy the most from the place that they go to buy things. This is the kind of thing that takes a business from good to the best! They also have probably the largest selection of products I’ve ever seen in a single smoke shop. I will 1000% always refer people to Cali’s smoke shop. And yes, I’m a real customer, I was not paid to leave this review or prompted to at all. I feel responsible to go out of my way to let everyone else know how amazing this business is, because of how they went out of their way to take care of me! -DT

I came into the Cali smoke shop and it felt just like Callie. No lie. I went to three other smoke shops. They were all closed. This one was late open and ready to serve me. I got hooked up with the best in town in the state come check it out. EZ took care of me he IS THE BEST!

EZ was amazing, best smoke shop I've been too. They have everything you need and even things you didnt know you needed lol this will be our new place

Very disappointing experience. The store said it was open on Saturday, but no one answered the phone when we called. We walked 20 minutes to get there, and when we arrived, the "Open" sign was lit up, but no one ever came to the door. We rang the doorbell at least five times and waited, but nobody opened or even acknowledged us. If you're not actually open, please update your hours or turn off the open sign so people don't waste their time making the trip. I also have video footage of us locked out i wanted to posted but decided not too.
