I dont normally leave reviews but the employee named Hound had great customer service! And helped me find just the right thing. Made my day so much better!

Came in the girl was on the computer not paying any attention with headphones in. I said hello excuse me like 3 times after waiting 4 minutes for her to recognize I was standing there. Thank god I’m not a thief, she was oblivious. I do find it funny how this shop chooses depending on employee who they feel like asking for ID. First time in there never had to show it 2nd time the same, 3rd time now I need to present it and that’s no issue. After explaining I had left it had home but was more then willing to show her photo of it or someway to verify. She denied which I can understand if it’s policy. However if it’s policy then make it equal across the board. Pretty lame.

Honestly I love this smoke shop. Moises took care of me & was very helpful and super sweet. If I see Moises the sales associate I will for sure be going inside !!
