Great experience at the factory. Staff is great with the tours and other experiences that you can have there. They can assist with any questions about the cigars in their humidors that they sell on site. Fun accessories and gifts for sale. Holden was patient and informative during the cigar rolling experience. Loved it!

I visited JC Newman’s El Reloj for The Cigar Authority’s 16th anniversary weekend. From top to bottom, this is a high class facility with great staff and ownership. I will be back, soon, with more people! A delight of a trip and tour. We even rolled our own cigars! Thanks to the Newmans, Tiffany and Dave Garofalo for a spectacular cigar weekend in Ybor City.

Such an overwhelming and unique experience I had! very unique place with lots of offerings, starting with amazing history and continued with ongoing tradition of making great cigars! Went for a tour and stayed for cigar 101, highly recommended for everyone(even for a seasoned cigar person). Amazing place! We went for a cigar tasting and the gentleman was very nice and made great conversation. Learning about the history of cigars and Tampa was also very cool. We did not get a tour, but they do offer that. Gift shop prices are well priced. A must try if you’re in the Tampa area!

If you want to learn about tobacco and the cigar industry in the U S this is the best place to go to. The tour will take you through two hundred years of tobacco and cigar making. Very interesting and the staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. You can, for added fees, roll your own cigars or have a tobacco tasting course. I recommend that you put The Newman Cigar Company on your list.
