My vape broke while out at a bar around 11pm, so I went here since it was the closest/only 24hr "smoke shop" around, though it's not so much a smoke shop so much as an array of smoking paraphernalia, vape juices, and vapes on one side of a gas station. I asked to read the back of one of the vape boxes to make sure it was what I wanted, and the clerk took the box over to the register and rang it up before letting me read what it said. Fair enough, I didn't mind too much. However, before I left I stupidly forgot to check that what was inside matched what was listed on the outside. I got home to find that neither the vape pods nor the drip tip were in the box, and the cashier didn't even offer a receipt for me to return or exchange it later. Furthermore, the packaging inside the box is already bent in such a way that indicates it was absolutely opened previously, leading me to believe it was intentionally removed for some reason - probably by the seller as the vapes are all kept in a glass display case. I have come to terms with those $25 being squandered in hopes that I can find another shop tomorrow which has the parts I'm missing, though I shouldn't have to spend more money to pay for the parts that weren't included as they should have been. Go to a real smoke shop or wait til one opens, don't roll the dice on shady merchants when you need your late night nic fix. EDIT (3/17/22): Went back in to swap out my device for a new one and Ko - sorry if I'm misspelling - was a great help. He even helped my girlfriend figure out what was wrong with her vape and referred us to another store nearby for parts to fix it. Not sure what the issue was with the first trip, but hopefully it was just an unfortunate fluke.

Melody is the store manager and she is absolutely awesome! She's always willing to assist and does a fantastic job providing great customer service. Wide variety of products, open 24 hours, and conveniently located.

My son and I have placed 2 orders over 2 months ago and haven’t received anything. When tracking it, it shows label has printed but nothing has actually shipped. Have emailed and called them without any response.

That guy in the metal music outfit is rude to serve, I'm going to buy a vape for my boyfriend, because I don't smoke and I don't know the flavors and models. And I ask the young man and he answers with bad grace and he puts more interest in his cell phone than in his work. I will never go to that place again..

Great little smoke shop. The young man working there was nice and worked hard to make the shipping experience efficient. The inventory is awesome. And to boot the prices for what I bought were more then reasonable.
