I wanted to give kudos to our customer service representative Fatboy who curated an amazing experience. We aren't native English speakers and he even was able to communicate with us in our native language while introducing us to new products that they don't have back home. I highly recommend coming here and asking for him because he got us right!!

While I can’t recall his name he is truly the King of Smoke Shops! Fatboi is knowledgeable and he makes sure I’m greeted with a smile and I leave with laughs and EVERYTHING I NEED! Best smoke shop EVER

Fat boy is so amazing I love seeing him. And touching him He’s pretty chill tho

Went in today and had an amazing experience from start to finish all because of some good/great customer service from Allyson who was helpful with helping me zone in on my actual true needs and getting me the things I needed in a timely manner for an unexpected fair price. Allyson was happy, nice, and over the top helpful I would shop here again simply because of her making me feel valued.

Great smoke shop bought my puffco peak pro here a day before Black Friday and still threw me the deal a day early the lady had great customer service and good prices
