I don't write reviews very often, but this place absolutely deserves one. I recently moved back to Florida after living in another state. While I've lived in other parts of Florida before, the Tampa area is new to me. Finding a vape shop has been incredibly frustrating because I'm very particular about my vape setup. I don't like a harsh throat hit, and I don't enjoy fruity vape flavors. I love fresh fruit in real life, but not in my vape. My preference has always been creamy, nutty flavors, which I know aren't as common. I already knew the pods and nicotine salt I liked, but no one in this area seemed to carry them. They were either out of stock everywhere or unavailable online without a long wait. After searching Google for the highest-rated vape shops nearby, I visited several stores. Unfortunately, none of them had what I needed. Instead of listening to my preferences, most of them just tried to sell me different devices, pods, and juices. It took me a long time—and far more money than I'd like to admit—and still did not find the setup that worked for me. Then I found Smoke And Vape Shop Unlimited, and the experience was completely different. They actually listened. Instead of trying to push products on me, they took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. While I explained my needs, he opened four different device boxes to compare them and help me find the best option. I couldn't believe the level of customer service and patience. Not only did they help me find a new device that fits my needs perfectly, but they also introduced me to a new nicotine salt I absolutely love called Vape My Day. They also took down my current device pod replacement and nic salt I wanted to order so they have it in stock in the future. I was just hoping this would be a back up until my order came in but now my previous order will be my back up! Can't believe this after all I have gone through! If you're looking for a vape shop that genuinely cares about helping you find the right products for you instead of just making a sale, I highly recommend Smoke And Vape Shop!
