My man Mike is always a great upstanding citizen and every time I see him when I walk in, I know the customer service is going to be amazing like no other. Deserves a raise and paid vacation time! I specifically drive out of my way to go to this exact store only for my needs.

I had such a great experience at this smoke shop! Mike was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. He really took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood the products instead of just trying to make a sale, which I really appreciated. What stood out the most was how knowledgeable and patient he was— he explained everything in a way that was easy to follow, whether you’re new or experienced. On top of that, he even threw in a few free items, which was a really nice surprise and made the visit feel even more personal. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and want people to leave happy and informed. Definitely one of the best smoke shop experiences I’ve had—I’ll be coming back for sure!

Been coming here for over 3 years and my experience has always been phenomenal!! They know me so well that my vapes exact flavor and or size is always in stock! If so happens it’s not it’s normally there within the next day or two! Everyone is very friendly and not only treats you like your service matters!! But like smoke casa family!
