First off, Smokey Jones is my favorite smoke shop. I live in Brandon but I will take the drive to the West Hillsborough location. I was around the East Hillsborough location so I stopped in thinking that the customer service would be similar. I was very WRONG. The employee there, Brian (or Bryan), was extremely rude from the start. I asked for glass tips for joints, that I could clearly see within the counter, and he made me feel stupid. We’re both adults here. He was condescending, disrespectful, and ruined any chances of me ever going back to that location. I say those things due to his tone when speaking to me, the way I was rushed, encouraged to not ask questions, and to hurry up to buy what he said was “all the same size” even though there was variation. I understand people have bad days and it affects their attitude but this was not that. Horrible customer service and definitely not what I would expect from this business at all.
