Ordered juice and coils to be delivered to my house. They use a third party called Boxcheck to deliver. It was marked as delivered but nobody came to my house. Still awaiting package and response from company. This website will steal your money in a heartbeat, now I have to do a credit card claim. Dont do business with this careless company.

When I moved to Florida one thing I was worried about was not finding a good vape shop that I loved. This is close by to me, family run and all of them are absolutely amazing. They always remember me, what I like, recommend things to me based off what they know I enjoy and when new things come out always spot on helping me choose new things. I’ve never left with something I didn’t like, and the one time I got a disposable that didn’t work as it should the problem was easily resolved. Highly rec to anyone I dont ever see myself going to another shop!

I've been a customer of Vapor Fi for many many years. As they kept closing stores, my anxiety about finding a new vape shop heightened bc I'd tried a new one and their juices were nasty! So when I found the Tampa location and they promised me that they weren't going anywhere, I was relieved! Alex is amazing! I can call in my order and then pick it up bc I live in Palm Harbor so it's a little bit of a drive but totally worth it! They always remember what I like and have helped me pick out things that have helped me out. Vapor Fi is the best! - Sarah

This business has atrocious reviews on yelp and I wasn’t exactly sure why until I walked into the store myself. It’s a cool concept and it’s interesting how they make the vape juice in the store but the customer service could be better
