Wolves Den is an amazing establishment! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is exceptional. They made the entire experience welcoming and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back for my kratom. Highly recommend!

What a miserable experience. Ok let's start with the fact that I love kava spots. I've been to almost every kava bar in Tampa bay. This is one of the few times I've ever been this disrespected. And I'm in the industry. Like wow. I can't imagine if this were my first kava bar to try. Luckily there are nearly 100 competitors that actually want you to come in and support their business. Apparently the woman working here is uncomfortable with customers using her bathroom. *Update* I was able to find a super friendly spot down the road and grabbed $70 worth of cans and brewed tea.

I try to avoid writing bad reviews but I felt belittled coming into this establishment. I’ll start with positives. The kratom was not bad, the place is clean and they have nice selections. Little bar area, it’s in a nice part of town n country. It’s right next to a pizza place for when you get the kratom munchies. The man inside spoke to me like I’ve never been in a smoke shop before and made fun of the way I was examining the products sold. I don’t know how you keep people coming back into a business when you’re mishandled so blatantly. I tried to make light conversation as one would usually do, and the man acted as if I should have known his business had been there for “years”. Just overall odd responses when I was trying to be nice. I left feeling put off and, to put it plainly, treated like I was dumb. I believe in giving places and people a second chance. I’d be happy to discuss further so I could delete my review or at least change it. Thank you.

Eric was a great guy he answered all my questions I had. He helped me find my little vape smoker that my husband would be happy with. I would recommend this store to many other people. Eric will work with you on good deals
