The owner (I believe it was the owner) is super nice!! I only had a certain amount to work with so he threw me a deal to make sure I got what I needed. Will absolutely return to this place. It’s also real nice and clean. It’s not overpriced like some of the nicer smoke shops.

I've been a regular customer at this smoke shop for about 8 months and have never had issues before, which is why I trusted the products without checking them before leaving. Yesterday, I purchased two vapes, and one of them didn't work at all. It wouldn't turn on, and even after trying to charge it, there was no response whatsoever. I returned to the store literally three minutes after purchasing it, expecting a simple exchange for a defective product. Unfortunately, the employee refused, explaining that exchanging it would come out of his paycheck because of store policy. As a result, I had to buy a third vape just to replace the defective one I had already paid for. I understand employees have to follow company policies, but a customer shouldn't be stuck paying for a product that was defective right out of the box. I've been a loyal customer, so this experience was very disappointing and has made me reconsider shopping here in the future.

I purchased a lost mary 35000 that when I opened it the plastic bag was covered in vape juice. I returned it within an hour and the associate replaced it, and opened the new one and made sure it was not leaking. However the following morning the vape was just continuing to fire without puffing which made the vape extremely hot and would no longer work. Im stating faulty product. Tried to exchange it and the very rude guy behind the counter pointed to the sign and said no refunds I just wanted a exchange. The man was very rude and did not care that this was a fire hazard. Buyer beware

Listen its really nice has everything and right in the heart of the community across from the Publix Plaza really nice store fully stocked with everything Vapes, Delta 8, Kratom, Glass And all accessories it’s one of the best I’ve seen around! ❤️
