It wasn't that great. Very over hyped. Cigars: Although the cigars were humidified well, they didn't have a large selection. Mostly just basic stuff like Davidoff, Arturo Fuentes, Pardon, etc.... Nothing boutique (even foundation), no CAO, no Aroma De Cuba, CLE, etc. Atmosphere: It was giving "30A clean girl aesthetic". No wooden Indians, or masculine decor. Very bright. The lounge area was VERY small. I believe it was just two couches, then there was a bar, and a screened in area that was pretty big, but when it's scortching hot out that's not very desirable to smoke in. Service: This is where I was most disappointed. I drove an hour here with my wife (we got married 8 months ago) for my birthday, and they wouldn't let her enter the building because she left her ID at home. As frustrated as I was, I still understood it's the place's policy, but I got very pissed when TWO of the girls working there followed me into the humidor. I hate when anyone does this at a cigar shop because it makes you feel like they think you're going to steal, or you don't know what you're doing. Even so, if you're following people to help them look or something, don't send TWO people in to follow one guy. Especially after frustrating him. That's very tone deaf. I just bought a cigar and left because I didn't want to drive there for nothing.

So pleasant. Nice vibe and the young lady i think her name was ceylor? She was just AMAZING! Keep glasses full ,great conversation and knowledge of cigars and wine list. She made the experience exceptional!!

The vibe of this place is just unmatched! HUGE selection of cigars & live music while you try them out. Paul the owner makes you feel right at home & we love to hear him singing on stage! 12/10 recommend this place!

Ceylor and Kalen are amazing, they served me the coldest beer and the best cigars I’ve ever smoked. They went above and beyond and gave me the best services I have ever received anywhere.

this place stunk and not just because of the cigars. the lady that helped us was age-phobic — even though everyone who was inside the store shopping was 21+. i completely understand there is an age policy but if everyone showed her IDs then there should have been no attitude involved. She just kept saying that my sister (22 years old) looked too young because she had a build a bear. God forbid a girl have a good time with a cute bear. not impressed. shopped at the big chill but there was nothing chill ab that sassy lady tbh ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
