Their house cigars were great they were smooth, flavorful, and clearly well made. Johnathan helped me while I was there and he was awesome. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and he gave me some really solid recommendations on other cigars. I’ve seen some other reviews mentioning the staff, but I can only speak on my visit and it was a great one. John took great care of me, you can tell he actually knows about cigars and cares about helping customers find something they’ll enjoy and because of that I’ll definitely be coming back.

Great place. I highly recommend. Never been disappointed. They have a fine selection. Been using them as the source for my cigars for close to 10 years now. Have never had a bad smoke from their store. Staff has always treated me well.

First time stopping in and I was honestly impressed right away. The prices are great, and the house cigars are seriously high quality better than a lot of well-known premium brands. The lounge has a great vibe, super relaxed and welcoming. Jonathan was awesome from start to finish he was very helpful, made great recommendations, and tended everyone with red carpet treatment. You can tell he really cares about making sure everyone has a great experience. Definitely coming back to Cuban Crafters Wellington.

The staff here is extremely friendly. They hand craft many of their cigars and the prices are unmatched elsewhere. I have to say as a coffee drinker they had the sweetest, sharpest coffee I’ve ever tasted. This coffee really has the best flavor I’ve experienced. As someone who’s not a cigar smoker they were extremely helpful and guided me in the right direction. 5:5 you should definitely go

I’m not sure what some of the other reviews are talking about, but I had a great time here. Jonathan was very likable, friendly, and made my visit feel comfortable when he came in. I'm not sure about the other two guys but he was helpful, knew his stuff, and gave solid suggestions (of which all were great). I was even offered a free Cuban espresso, which was honestly great. The atmosphere was welcoming and made it easy to relax and enjoy the experience. My visit was genuinely enjoyable, and Jonathan made a big difference. I'll be coming here more often.
