Never before have I had a horrible experience that I have at this store. The customer came up. I have my registered certified and documented service animal with me. He just decided to come up and try to put his hands on my dog and I said do not touch my dog I am not gonna be held for responsibilities if she responds negatively and she will. The sales person in the store behind the register started screaming at me and said get out. I was like why I’m protecting my dog. She has the right to be here. I have the right to be here and he’s to be removed not me and he started talking up. She said I don’t want no arguing. I said I’m not that’s it. It’s over and then she said get out get out get out so I left avoid this store like the plague they’re too expensive. The representative behind the counter is mean as hell arrogant and she needs to be removed. I’d fire her if she was my employee instantly.

Gianna was so helpful, took the extra time to show and explain the products. Ask questions on what I’m looking for and found exactly what it was. Gianna also informed me of the Black Friday specials and how I can save money. I had a great experience at the smoke shop. I will definitely come back for more!!!
