MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO SEE! THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE I came into the kava bar simply to get a drink, and unfortunately the way I was treated by the bartender was completely unacceptable. The bartender was extremely rude, snappy, loud, and unnecessarily dramatic throughout the interaction. When I tried to politely correct an issue with my drink and explain how I had ordered it, instead of simply listening and fixing it, I was met with attitude and hostility. Customers should not have to feel uncomfortable or disrespected just for asking for their order to be made correctly. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but there is absolutely no excuse for treating a customer this way especially while working behind the bar. If there is personal history between an employee and a customer, that should NEVER affect the level of professionalism shown at work. I strongly encourage management to look into how this interaction was handled. I’m leaving this review because I believe customers deserve to be treated with basic respect when they spend their money at your establishment. The bartender's name was Syncere. Management: please take this seriously.

Product quality has massively improved and lots of deals throughout the week. Becoming a hidden gem type vibe. Highly recommend checking this out or giving it another try if you already have

I definitely would not recommend Riptidz. The employees are great. The owner on the other hand puts the girls in a bad situation leaving them to explain why they ALWAYS run out of supplies ie; straws & cups. Extremely unprofessional.

Love this laid back kava bar. Great place to get work done. Moon is on point if you ever meet her. Super attentive.
