Stopped in after work because I was in desperate need of vape juice and was pleasantly surprised by the over all experience. Tianna helped me out and she was AMAZING! Her customer service made it really easy to pick out a salt nic without hassle when I was exhausted and she showed me the house made flavors. This store is so much more than just a smoke shop with art, pieces and vape juices. Even if it seems like it's a little hidden out of the way, be sure to pop in and if Tianna is there you WILL be taken care of.

Sorry no photos. Plenty here already. I must say I am genuinely impressed by my experience here. We were treated with outright respect and attention from start to finish. The young man who helped us ( Mark Anthony I believe) had great knowledge and experience, and he was willing to spend time with us, helping us in choosing the things we needed. Granted we were the one of only a few folks in there at the time, but I believe he would still done well even if it was busy. He is definitely a good choice of hire, as far as I can tell. Also the choices were plenty and the prices were fair. Would I recommend this shop? Yes, definitely! We'll be back.

I had stopped in the “smoke and vape shop unlimited” just looking for my usual suspects, a vape, a lighter, and a glass piece! The vape and the lighter I typically get for my nicotine needs. The glass piece because I’m always breaking those things as soon as I get them! I walk into the “smoke and vape shop unlimited” and I’m greeted by the most loving and kind hearted soul. I believe her name was tiona.. ah yes!! Tiona made sure that I was well taken care of and not just the customer service but also the attentiveness to detail as though it seemed she cared more about my order than me. What a wonderful experience!! I left that day and actually started pursuing my dreams and becoming a better person because of the experience at “smoke and vape shop unlimited”. What a very lovely establishment with great employees…

Tiona was such a nice girl! Answered all my questions and went over and beyond to make my shopping experience a nice one. Shes Awesome. That girl needs a raise

I was in the area for the weekend and needed to pick up a new vape. Tiona was very pleasant and helpful and I left with exactly what I needed I will definitely visit again when I return to the area. Thank you so much for your customer service , it's a shame you guys aren't in St Pete :)
