What can’t I say about CRU and the owners a mother and son combo. They attract all ages. It’s a true vibe. The food is awesome. The drinks are not watered down. I feel safe and always welcome. I recently had to request a refund, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and stress-free the entire process was. The customer service team was responsive, professional, and genuinely interested in resolving my concern. They clearly explained the refund process, kept me informed throughout each step, and processed the refund much faster than I expected. What stood out most was the courteous and understanding attitude of the representative I worked with. Rather than making me feel like I had to justify my request, they listened carefully and handled the situation with empathy and efficiency. The refund was issued promptly, and the experience left me feeling valued as a customer. Overall, I was very satisfied with the way my refund request was handled and would not hesitate to do business with this company again. Excellent customer service can make all the difference, and this experience was a great example of that. I will be there again!

I can recommend, that CRU is definitely a vibe. I went for the first time a few weeks ago on a Thursday night right after the gym. And when I tell you everyone is so welcoming. The DJ is DJing so well. I don't really go out much but thisis a great spot to kick for awhile or short, per game, you babe it, a relaxed spot after a long day after or before the Grind. Definitely going back for The vibes. Definitely check out. Thursdays are two for one drinks ! ! ! & $10 HOOKAH. You don't want to miss it. Only at CRU LOUNGE 👍🏾👍🏾 WEST PALM BEACH BE THERE.. I’m a regular here. But this particular night 4/25 was my last straw. I never got her name but she wore a slick back ponytail. Yall this bartender was so rude, disrespectful, and inattentive. I even tipped her $20 off the top. My drink sucked it tasted like juice. I order a hookah it took over a hour before she came with it. Then the hookah girl got mad at me because I didn’t want it anymore after waiting an hour. Girl please this my money I’m spending. My waiter finally brought my food. I took two bites out of this $35 dollar meal and soon as I turned my head to talk to someone my waiter thru my food away. Didn’t even ask if I was done or wanted a to go box. If you ask me my waiter and hookah girl plotted because I said I wanted my money back for the hookah. The waiter basically ignored me after saying that. It took the other waiter that’s always there that wears the glasses to come to me and check on me. She was nice and gave a receipt that said void. My money was never returned and it’s okay because I’m NEVER going back there and I’m gonna make sure to tell all my friends about this terrible service. I will this to slick back ponytail……. You are working in customer service and if you don’t know how to work in that field because you obviously don’t find another dam job because you are terrible at it and will ruin others experience. I feel sorry for the owner thinking they have a good employee. And work on your drinks too. Matter of fact go get some more training and try again.
