I bought a vape and it broke almost immediately. When I went back to get the issue fixed, the employee working had zero communication skills and acted like a complete punk. He was clearly scared to call his boss, telling me “he won’t answer,” yet somehow the boss is watching everything on camera. Make it make sense. Instead of helping me solve the problem right now, he told me to “come back Monday.” That’s unacceptable. If you sell faulty products, you fix the problem — not tell the customer to wait days for your convenience. Train your employees and stop making them feel like they can’t call management when a customer has an issue. This place is getting one star because the service is trash and nobody takes responsibility for anything. PS: This is 3rd vape I’ve bought within the past couple days. Also, they don’t advise you that the “clearance” vapes have defective qualities but yet there is no sign stating that the clearance vapes have issues. Let me explain: The HQD was the first one blew up while charging so I bought another one without complaining. The second picture is the one I bought and it broke immediately so I bought another one AGAIN and it broke again while trying to take it off the charger AND luckily I was in the parking lot about to go to the gym. After, having to get rude with him he wasn’t trying to help me until customers came in and told him to help me. Also, another guy was in there vouching the other day that the vapes were defective and he said he was only buying one there now because it was late and this shop was the closest. I need this resolved!!!!

Best smoke shop on 45th and Haverhill — Smoke Shop in the Foodtown Plaza. You can’t go wrong with this spot. They got everything you need from hookahs, wraps, vapes, accessories, and whatever else you’re looking for. When I say everything, I mean everything. I've been coming here for about a year. The guys here are great! They have a great selection of everything and they are very knowledgeable about all of there products and eager to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
