Highlights -cigar selection -drink specials and premium cocktails -comfortable seating inside and out CARLOS the bartender made the whole experience!!! Carlos is a phenomenal bartender! Service is next to none! Thank you! We will be back again and again!!!

Use to be a great place to go, to have a good but a great cigar. Lately the worker or very very unfriendly and disrespectful. They don't live up or want to honor their policies of no return but only exchange or store credit. Bad customer service when call to speak with the store manager. I was told by the night supervisor/manager Jay (he is white), that I should find a different store. On work offer to fight me, who lie about his name being tony, he was correct by his supervisor, an still he refused to give his name. The supervisor say his name is Chris.

This is a very good cigar bar. Atmosphere was classy and relaxed without being stuffy. The employees made the experience great. Nice cigar selection, too! The humidor is organized and you can tell they pay attention to details. Stopped by on a Friday night after doing a Google search for cigar shoppes in the area and really found a gem. They had an awesome DJ playing some great R&B classics. I will certainly return next time I am in town. Thank you Smoke Inn West Palm!!

I recently visited Smoke Inn West Palm Beach and it was a great experience! The lounge was very comfortable and had a great selection of cigars. The owners Albert & Ugen were super friendly and welcoming. It was a great place to relax, enjoy some quality cigars, and chat with the staff. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot to chill out.

Everybody was so nice and kind I went there on Halloween night it was so much fun the drinks are amazing and a cigar selection is amazing also and very knowledgeable I liked it so much and went back the next night😎 P.S need more fans for circulation
