They are polite, and try to answer all your questions and stand behind their products . Also they let you (taste) test different flavors.

Honestly, I've been around. They treat people nicely. Happy to see you upon entering. The supervisor is great!. I like her. They keep themselves well stocked. Much variety, I must say.

I have tried hard to like this place. On the outside it seems like a big shop with lots of selection. Underneath younwill find a staff of young men who are short and rude if that. The owner doesnt order consumables like tanks and coils quick enough so they are often out. It isnt their fault WPB sucks as far as vape shops, this is just a run of the mill one.

Gave me wrong item and refuse to exchange. Never shopping again
