This is the best smoke shop in Winter Haven. Mika is absolutely amazing and so sweet. She will definitely make sure you receive the best product at an affordable price. I will definitely be back again.

Do not go here the staff talk to you like you’re stupid and then still expect you to spend money plus, they’re really super expensive compared to everywhere else and as I was telling him I was gonna leave he even ran his mouth that much more whoever was working today needs to be taken off the counter because obviously they can’t control their mouth

Just left out of this store , needed something to try and help quite smoking , not only was the customer service from the young lady behind the counter excellent . She didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need . 5 stars to this place . Hard to find good customer service like this anymore

The flower is not worth the money. I was told the flower i got was the best. No not at all it was more like cbd. It grinded to powder, then when lit the whole bowl burns up. This place does not have the hook up on flower! Go to blazen blvd

They do not have good customer service, by far the worse in the area. I heard others say it till I experienced it my self. I shop for custom service. Will not recommend to anyone….
