Prices are low and people that work here are great. This should be your smoke shop. You won't regret it.

Dom helped me and he was very polite and had a lot of info about all the products that the shop sold. Prices are very fair and reasonable. I would recommend this place to anybody and make sure you ask for Dom.

Great shop! However the quality of the service I just got was deplorable, for not reason. I got to the store, have to wait a couple of minutes ( no one was anywhere to be found). When finally, this guy came up he had a nasty attitude towards me. All I did was to asked for the strength of the flower. Then he tried to give me a lecture of how to read!, extremely unnecessary rude attitude! Don’t go there if you don’t want your energy to be disrupted. Really bad vibes.

I was a new customer 1st visit I bought 2 vapes that worked perfectly fine. 2nd time I go back I bought 2 more. 1 worked the other one didn’t. I went back and the owner told me no returns or exchanges but I didn’t buy it for it not to work. Then she tells me a method to do in hot water but I didn’t buy it do all that because what if it doesn’t work? So she gets pissy and says what you want an exchange? And I said yes and while doing the exchange she just starts talking pissy. And I’m like wow it’s that serious? And as I’m leaving she said don’t drop it in the toilet. I should have said I’ll drop her in the toilet. But yeah super uncalled for.

Best place to go in Winter Park, hands down. I make multiple trips here every month — so clearly, I’m a fan! The owner and their team are genuinely kind people who I’ve come to really appreciate. The prices are great, the shelves are always stocked, and the selection is top-tier. 10/10 recommend. In my experience, smoke shops can sometimes have rude staff, so it’s refreshing to find one that completely breaks that stereotype. I only shop here because they’ve built something special with an amazing team and everything I need.
