I was warmly greeted by Alyssa (Lyss) who has exceptional product knowledge and fantastic customer service skills. I can’t remember the last time I walked in anywhere and was helped so promptly and treated with such genuine kindness. I was recommended a great product that suited my needs and I was provided the warranty information as well. Overall awesome experience!

Nice place. It was clean, organized, and the guy running it (sorry I forgot your name!) was very nice and pleasant - not that roll-your-eyes-how-dare-you-make-me-work type we all know and love. They didn't have the brand I was looking for but had plenty of alternatives. And it's open 7 days a week which is very convenient

Always a chill environment and such awesome staff. Stay coming here over any smoke shop because of the quality and chill vibes. Derek out here helping me buy pieces all the time. Definitely recommend for new and older smokers

AJ is the man! Thank you for always being there for all my needs.

Definitely recommend Higher up smoke shop in zeph. I have been going for the past couple years. Victory and Max are awesome 😎 👍🏼
