Honestly, I didn’t even wanna give this place one star. I bought a cart and a battery and the cart is leaking He will not replace it even though it’s his mess up. I’ve been going to black charcoal. That guy is so much better and has a high respect for his customers. I do not recommend this place at all!!!! They take your money they charge you for the fee to use a credit or debit card. Go to charcoal on 92 by the metro that cares about his customers has way better business and way better compassion!!!!

Ya know, I would've said I liked the place about a few months ago, though it feels like this stores quality is constantly on the decline. The new employees their are weird and give off weird vibes, and the store just lacks the deals that it used to have. I feel like every time I go in for the same deal I got last time, it's always price hiked sky high compared. The store has variety, don't get me wrong! Though when it's a combination of eerie employees, weird vibes, and a shop that's made up of only smoking/vaping products only and no designer glass, local glassblowers projects, and stuff to make the scene of the store represent the local area, it's boring. I've come to sorta dislike this store. I like it, but then I look at it, realize nothing has changed, and I begin to realize that it's probably no longer worth the time.
