By far the nicest vape store I’ve ever been to. Not from the area, but i was really impressed with the atmosphere and vibe. TJ was more than welcoming and helpful and even gave me local tips on what we can do while we are down here for the World Cup. They went way out of their way to be helpful and kind. I will return to this store when I’m back in the area. 100/100 experience!

Listen...you think you know costumer service...think again, hot box has the widest variety in products and very knowledgeable staff, TJ is a wizard on the cutting edge of vaping technologies. I would recommend this place to anyone who does not want to go to a gas station vape store and wants a real vape aficionado experience. Rock on.

Amazing shop huge selection of pretty much anything you need love the atmosphere Mike is the best

Came in this morning and had a great experience! TJ helped me pick out 2 hookahs that were perfect for me, super helpful and really knew what was goimg on. I really appreciate the time and attention. I’ll definitely be coming back, and next time, I’m asking for TJ again. Highly recommend this spot if you want good hookah and solid customer service.

Had A great experience visiting this location. Andrew was a great help in finding the right product that I needed and they also had a menu board which includes all the different types of flavors that they have to offer! Best shop near me :)
