Complete 10/10! Our server Zane was amazing, delightful and welcoming! Wait times were zilch and he made sure we had everything we needed in a timely fashion! Music was on point and wasn't overbearingly loud. Playlist was fire! Food was delicious, chefs kiss! Lamb platter was tender and full of flavor, the samosa was the perfect amount of spicy and bursting with goodness. The margarita mocktail was so pretty and it definitely hit the spot! The atmosphere was beautiful lighting was just right! Recommend for an overall great time!

It was my first time at Royalz. My husband took me there last night for a date night. We loved their flavorful hookah as well as the knafe. The service from Zayn was exceptional. Helmi, the owner, stopped by our table a few times to make sure we like everything. I like the atmosphere as well. Bonus was streaming US soccer game. Will definitely go back there to try different food and new hookah flavors.

We went there 10:15pm on Sunday night asking for hookah, food and desert. Helmi, the owner and Zain were so friendly and welcoming. They treated us with an exceptional service. The food was great. I suggest their Kofta wrap and Knafeh to everyone. The hookah was also great and it lasted an hour and half for 3 people. The atmosphere was a mix of an American sport bar with TVs all around the walls and a classy middle eastern lounge. I heard they have DJs on Friday and Saturday nights with a belly dancer 🧑🏼‍🩰😃We will certainly go back there whenever we get a chance.

My friend and I visited Royalz Mediterranean & Hookah Lounge on a recent Saturday night. While the option to enjoy hookah created a good atmosphere, the overall experience was severely let down by mixed food quality and highly disappointing service. ​The food was a tale of two dishes. The Chicken Shawarma was quite good and the highlight of the meal, although my request for spicy preparation was unfortunately ignored, resulting in a mild dish. The quality declined sharply with the Kabob Platter. The meats were generally bland, lacking expected seasoning. The side dishes were worse: the saffron rice was noticeably dry, tasting like it had been reheated, and the bulgur was served cold and unappetizing. ​The most concerning issue was the inattentive service. It appeared only one waiter was managing the floor, and she was preoccupied throughout our visit. We were left waiting at the entrance and were not seated until the manager intervened. This lack of attention continued all night, making it impossible to request the bill. After repeated failed attempts to get the waiter's attention, we ultimately had to walk up to her station to pay on our way out. ​Based on the mediocre food and the extremely poor service, I left feeling unsatisfied. Royalz needs urgent improvements in both kitchen quality control and staff attentiveness to justify a visit.

Amazing. My wife and I have been looking for a place like this for years. I am from Cumming but met my wife in San Francisco and we used to go to some great mid east restaurants. This place is the real deal, with hookahs and belly dancers to boot!
