Brought a battery pen from them and it didn’t work at all ( I charged for hours btw) and when I called to see if I can return it or get it replaced they told me “no returns or replacement” completely unacceptable for a product that failed within hours of purchase

Hotbox is the best! They have products that are usually hard to find anywhere else and great prices.

Taylor was amazing!!!! Great service

Sebastian made my first visit very informative. He's a real cool guy. The prices are very reasonable and his location in downtown athens is in a perfect location near everything basically.

Loved the variety of things, the store person was so welcoming and informative. Loved it!
