I been going to this shop about 2yrs now and everyone that works there treat me with love and I believe boss lady Ari I hope that's right she good people too made me spend all my money waiting on the rain to stop but great prices and great service.

There is no customer service experience with the people working in this establishment nor do they know there own pricing. No one greets you walking in and they don’t say thank you after the purchase. They look like there mad that they are at work. In addition, an item that was $5.99 & $2.99 was rung up to $18. I’m telling the guy I’m not paying higher than the price that is listed. He was confused, the customer service is trash, & I won’t be back!

I’ve been looking for good hookah for a while and I had some people tell me about the 404 Smoke. I went recently and your employee Taz was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable about all the products and what I would need for my hookah. He’s very friendly and has excellent customer service. Based off his energy and great customer service I will only be buying the hookah from him. I’ve also told friends and people that I know about this smoke shop and when they go to ask for Taz.

I can't speak about the other tobacco products, HOWEVER, the cigars were trash. My cigar fell apart. The selection and price points are laughable. There was no customer service. They had the nerve to have a tip jar. I will forget 404××××× #3 exists.

I came in looking for a hookah! Taz was so great!! He has patience while I was being indecisive about which one to get! I came back a week later and he had the same energy!! Keep up the great work!! Thanks Taz for helping a sister out 🥳
