Visited the place for Halloween party. Paul was super nice and welcoming. Really appreciate his kindness. The club itself had a great atmosphere and nice crowd. That said, I wish there was a proper dance floor. It would’ve made the night even more fun. The music also wasn’t quite my taste on the evening.. didn’t feel very danceable or energetic, but maybe it was just the mix that night. Overall though, still a fun experience.

Please do not go here. The entire experience was extremely unorganized and nothing like what was advertised. The bartenders were rude, drinks took entirely too long to be made, and customer service was terrible. One bartender started making my drinks, stopped halfway through to take another customer’s order, made their drinks, counted money, walked away from the bar, and completely forgot about my order. When I politely asked if my drinks were ready, I was met with an attitude instead of an apology. I booked a birthday section with a 2-hour open bar, but did not receive the full experience I paid for. We arrived at 10:20 PM and were finally seated around 10:30 PM, yet the bar was not even open and there was no music because the DJ had not arrived. The bartenders were still setting up and even doing their hair behind the bar while guests waited. We did not receive our first drink until almost 11:00 PM. To make matters worse, when my sister went to order a drink, she was told the ticket only lasted until midnight. The ticket process itself was confusing and unorganized, you purchase through Eventbrite, download the QR code, show it to the bartender, and then they also ask to see the confirmation email. This was supposed to be the start of my birthday celebration, but instead it turned into a very disappointing experience. It was so bad that it made my sister not even want to come back to Atlanta again, and this was her first time visiting the city.

“Absolutely loved my experience at Embr Lounge! From the moment we walked in, everything felt elevated — great ambiance, beautiful setting, amazing energy, and a crowd that matched the vibe. Perfect place for date night, celebrations, or just enjoying a premium lounge experience. Atlanta needed a place like this!

I visited Embr Lounge in Atlanta with a friend and had to pay just to get in. When my friend tapped to pay, the employee (a girl) automatically pressed the highest tip percentage without consent. I caught it when it was my turn and stopped it. This felt deceptive and unethical. Tipping should be my choice, not something forced on unsuspecting customers. Under consumer protection principles, any unauthorized addition of a gratuity without explicit consent may constitute an improper charge (FRAUD). Tipping is a voluntary act, and overriding a customer's choice could be considered deceptive. I urge management to ensure employees adhere strictly to proper consent protocols. I recommend everyone to make sure the whole payment process is confirmed and processed before walking in from the front door. Drink low quality, music way too loud… We won't be back!

We definitely had a time here! Great way to kick off Nurses Week or whatever occasion you guys want to celebrate! Our server was really good to us! I can’t remember her name but I remember her saying she is from St. Martin! So if you see this review, give her a raise Embr! The prices were reasonable for the section and the chicken tacos were 🔥. Will definitely be returning!
