First time shopping here and i will not be back! i was sold a faulty kado bar that wont charge and was not offered a exchange or any compensation and was told to email the company which will take forever to settle. Im out of 30 dollars and I support my own habit and dont have 30 to keep wasting. They do have a no refund sign but i simply dont think that should apply for a product that does NOT work properly, Just my opinion. . .

I love this store its the best Eric,Dee and Jr always there to help and makes you smile everytime I been going for 2 yrs ❤️ 💙 its always relaxing and clean and very inexpensive LETS GO LETS GET IT!!tell them Kim and Rick sent you Be Blessed 🙌

My cousin went into this smoke shop and brought a ploox cartridge for my hookah and I was smoking itself. We take it back up there he say I would have to contact ploox because if he take he would be missing out on money. But why would we contact them when we brought it from you and then say if he took it back he would be missing out but he don’t understand that I basically just gave you my money for something that doesn’t work. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE EVER AGAIN!!!

Every time I come in here, it's somebody different, but no matter who it is, they're always extremely helpful and extremely friendly. If they didn't have what I was looking for, they would tell me where it how to find it.

This is a hidden gem. I’m a big hookah lover and they have a great selection of flavors. If there’s something that you’re looking for let them know and they’ll get it in there for you. There’s not a whole bunch of people just standing outside everywhere, and really nice look and feel inside. The owners are awesome too. You definitely need to check this place out you won’t be disappointed. My new go to spot!! ~DestinyMuah~
