Pera Bistro was just okay overall. The atmosphere is pleasant and quiet enough to have a conversation without shouting, which I appreciated. They also offer hookah and a drink menu that some people may enjoy. The biggest annoyance was the $10 valet parking. Paying $10 just so you don't have to walk a few steps from a nearby parking spot feels excessive. On top of that, a mandatory 20% gratuity was automatically added to the bill, which made the overall experience feel even more overpriced. As for the food, the pasta was overcooked. The lamb chops were overpriced for what they were not bad, but nothing special. I ordered them medium, but they arrived well done, which was disappointing. The rice, however, was excellent and easily the highlight of the meal. Service was average at best and felt below what I'd expect considering the prices, valet fee, and mandatory gratuity. Overall, nothing stood out enough to justify the cost. Between the overcooked pasta, incorrectly cooked lamb chops, average service, $10 valet parking, and mandatory 20% tip, I don't see myself coming back.

My group of friends gathered to celebrate one of our own, and from the valet service to the entrance of the venue, everything was exceptional. Our server, Sam, was attentive and ensured we didn't have to ask for service repeatedly. I will certainly recommend this place for a dinner date or a birthday celebration with a group. They also managed to accommodate us when it came time to settle the group bill at the end of the meal.

My seabass was delicious! The potatoes weren’t seasoned and the vegetables were charred terribly. The lamb chops weren’t edible so the salmon kabobs replaced them. That salmon and rice was to die for! The watermelon salad was tasty as well.

This was my se,9’e time here but let me say. The food is SO fresh! My fiancee and were served by Sam, and he was so polite and professional. He weny above and beyond to give us 5 star service and i truly appreciate it. We got the lamb chops both times and it’s so juicy and succulent. Please don’t sleep on the sauce it comes with!!! Lather it into your lamb chops, it makes the world of difference. Both times my salad were SO fresh! I got the watermelon and feta salad as well as the cucumber salad, I forgot the cultural name but it was SO fresh and enjoyable. I came on a wednesday and it was 50% wine bottles and they actually had Sancerre! It was bright, fresh and gret. The vibes, music, atmosphere and service on the patio during sunset were perfect. I might actually love Atlanta after all, thanks to this place!!!!!!!!! I’ll be back again soon.

Sam and Cassie were an absolute pleasure to have. They were friendly, accommodating, and attentive to our needs. They were knowledgeable about their menu and their suggestions were top tier. We had the shrimp/salmon pasta, lamb, and waygu meatballs. The drinks were amazing. We had the Valentine’s Day pomegranate margarita and hibiscus martini. Loved EVERYTHING, no notes. Except they do check bags and use had metal detectors, never had that experience at a restaurant, but better safe than sorry I guess.
