I can’t say enough great things about this shop. Every time I come in, the customer service is top tier. Nick is very quiet, yet so humble and incredibly attentive to every customer that comes in. He takes the time to walk me through different flavors, makes thoughtful recommendations, and makes sure I leave with exactly what I need. He is also very knowledgeable about each product, which makes the experience even better. It is truly refreshing to see a young man carry himself with that level of respect and professionalism in this day and age. On my most recent visit, I had the chance to meet his father Zach and it was clear where Nick gets it from. His father was just as welcoming, professional, and kind. That level of consistency in service really stands out. I have recommended this shop to numerous friends and will absolutely continue to do so. This is hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have had, and they truly deserve the recognition.

I didn’t want to write this but the owners need to know how people are being treated at their business. For one I think the owners are bother and sister who are very nice and outgoing, cool people and I loved to stop by and chat with them every week. I love when they are there. BUT WHO EVER THE YOUNG GUY who is working there is very very rude person. Major attitude. Playing games or on the phone when you enter the store. Right when you walk in the energy is bad. He talks down to you and doesn’t offer any customer services or offer other choices if they don’t have something available. Which they may have at their other store. I’ve called a few times to see if they had what I was looking for hoping the friendly people would answer and be working, but no, the rude younger guy answers, I ask if they have a few things I’m looking for and he says loudly NO and hangs up in my face. Well after this last time. SORRY OWNERS, I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO YOUR STORE. I would rather pay double and drive an hour away to get what I wanted. I don’t enjoy spending my hard earned money to be disrespected. As you can see from past reviews other people have had issues with the same person, so this isn’t a one of thing with just me. That kid is ruining your business and running customers away.

This was my second time visiting the shop and I was disappointed. Horrible service. I bought 5 cigar packs that are 99c (which it says on the package) and the YN behind the counter charged me 9.43 for all 5. I was talking in the phone so I put them on hold and asked how. He said I charged you 1 something for each and I pointed out that on the package it says 99c. He told me I was stupid and to get out of his store! Don't go there, very low vibrational. And I'm reporting you to the BBB and spotting the charge. No stars

I hate this location. I came once before and instead of answering my questions- he questioned where I was from! And this kid is acting irritated that I disturbed him from getting his scroll on! How are yall surviving on bad customer service and overpriced products? Something else is bankrolling this location.. IJS

2 stars strictly for pricing. Walked in the gas station to buy my usual which is $21.99. They didnt have it. Walked into here and they have it... asked how much... $30... left and walked to the liquor store and paid $24.99. Wasn't a big fan. No disposable vape costs $30. Yall really need to just walk into your competitors and see what they're charging and adjust... I would've rather spent here 🤷🏿‍♂️
