Great service and great customer service. Horrible parking

This was my first visit, and unfortunately, it’ll also be my last. I spent $100 on a product that stopped working within 10 minutes, and the only offer I received was 25% off another $100 item. After waiting over an hour just to reach someone on the phone, that’s pretty disappointing. Not worth it at all for a crappy product to begin with. I’ll take my money elsewhere. 👌

This location has a problem accepting cash. I came in to buy a pod and the cashier asked if I wanted to use the little credit on my account and said sure. Only then to be informed that they were not accepting cash. When I went to the next location on Ponce I was told that my credit was no longer available......what's up with that? I mean it was change but what if this happened with someone who had a larger credit amount?

I came in here to buy a scale. Jada is the young lady that served me. I inquired about which scales were accurate, And she said the one that I picked out was a good scale. I asked if I could open it and test it out which I did. Putting a dollar bill on it(Which weighs a gram) the scale read .4 short of a gram. I asked her if there was any way to exchange it to fix the problem, and she told me that there was nothing that she could do. I went across the street to Crystal Blue, where I happened to run into her the same day, she tapped me and told me that she spoke to her manager and would allow me to exchange it. The back in 15 minutes sign is up, And I’ve been standing outside the store now for the last 30 minutes…… How to fix a problem that could’ve been handled before I walked out of the store
