The crew here is incredible now! I used to have a really nervous time stopping here for my vape juice n coils/glass n such, but now that there’s a full crew of knowledgeable and helpful staff I don’t even have to worry! The store looks totally different than the last time I was in, and SO much easier and welcoming to browsing. I haven’t been in a shop this CLEAN in a long time. I don’t love having to find a new favorite store, I’m so glad the changes made here have made it so I don’t need to go anywhere else. Thank you guys, please stay awesome!

A good example I had a fantastic experience today at the Xhale City store. The girl who helped me was so friendly and welcoming, and she was super helpful in recommending a flavor for my Kado bar. I didn't get her name, but she had short blonde hair and some cool piercings. Her great attitude really made my day, and I wanted to make sure her amazing service was recognized. I ended up going with the white grape flavor, thanks to her

Nick @Xhale is beyond helpful to those not so knowledgeable with products. He explains their effect, and excellent at suggesting items for your specific needs. Highly * recommend speaking to Nick before purchasing. Store was convenient and has many options! Thx Nick!

So I just left this location and the staff is so helpful! They can count on me as a return customer! Dex was assisting me and was super knowledgeable without me having to know all the right words to ask for what I needed. I’m new to buying certain tobacco products but his expertise helped to find exactly what I needed. He’s so sweet and funny too. Thanks for all of your help today

Really great experience! Nick was very personable & and great to talk to. I don’t have too much experience with this sort of stuff, but he is very knowledgeable and helped me find options that fit my needs & budget. I’ll definitely be back :)
