Usually don’t do this but have to! Went and bought my favorite Vape, been using same one for over a year and although some have issues , very few I understand. This day 7/25 i purchased and even tested and was good. Got home and didn’t not work, I retuned and before I got in the door good, I was told no we can’t refund or exchange, manager isn’t here and there is nothing I can do! Never in all my years hearing that an associate can not do a return . It was more So the aggressive approach over the fact. I’ve been a customer of many Xhale franchising and never heard this! Simple, I called another location and was Tmc this is indeed not the way the company is ran. Went back inside on phone and was greeted with a different approach . Called the manager and was guided on how to do a return.,if you don’t know, just say THAT, but what we aren’t gonna do is make me seem ignorant like I don’t know return policies especially when none of this is printed on receipt nor or there signs stating this. Once I stated that I definitely received and exchange. This vape doesn’t pull either!!! Smh. Bottom line, I’ll never be back and do better! If you don’t stand up for something you’ll fall for anything !

I had the best experience at Xhale City thanks to Cole! She was incredibly helpful, super knowledgeable, and very patient while answering all of my questions. She took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Customer service like hers is hard to find. This was by far my best experience at an Xhale City location, and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Cole!

Came across this store in November of last year, and have been a faithful customer thanks to Cole. She provides excellent customer service, has detailed knowledge of all the inventory in the shop, and is extremely attentive, patient, warm, and welcoming every time I enter. From a supervisor's perspective, that's a plus to have within a manager who represents your brand. She accommodates any request I may have, and is always suggesting new products for me to try. The shop is always clean, and she's always promoting sales and deals that keep me coming back. Thanks Xhale for the great location, and thank you Cole for always putting up with my indecisiveness when I come in :)

Bought a vape from this place and it was broken straight out of the box. Walked back in immediately and instead of even attempting to help, they just shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. No exchange, no store credit, no basic customer service. They were rude, dismissive, and acted like it was our problem for buying their defective product. A business that sells faulty items and refuses to stand behind what they sell is a complete scam. They care about taking your money and that’s it. Once you pay, you’re on your own. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. This place does not deserve your time or your money.
