I've never had a bad experience here at Royalty Vapor. Staff and owners are always super friendly knowledgeable apologetic if they're short on a particular flavor Vape you may want and they'll do anything to accommodate the situation. They always want you to win discounts on their spin wheel and always wanting to carry on conversation to be as personable as possible with their customers which I personally love because that's how you went in sales is getting to know your customers understanding their wants or needs and taking care of it. I highly recommend this shop for anything you may need

The costumer service is always amazing in here I’ve been a loyal customer for ongoing 2 years and I wouldn’t ever switch up ! Layla, Ibrahim and tj are all so accommodating and always know what they’re talking about . This location always has a huge selection of vapes and juices , they also have this fun game where you get to spin a wheel for money off if you spend $30 or more . I will always recommend this store to all of my friends family and colleagues! 10/10

The best vape shop I’ve been to!! I’ve been coming to royalty for over 6 months now and it’s the only place I’ll go! Layla is always so helpful and points me to the best flavor everytime. The owner Ibrahim is also very welcoming and greets you with a smile everytime!! Honestly the best place around Augusta.

this is my favorite vape shop i’ve been to so far , they got all the new vapes in !! i’ve been to a few of the other vape shops in this area and they don’t have half as many vapes as royalty vapor . they also have the “deal wheel” that you can spin if you spend $25 or more and that’s only one of the things that makes them different from all the other smoke shops!! the employees are super welcoming & helpful and they also have punch cards , every 6th punch is a free vape or a free juice. 10 out of 10.

The gentleman who assisted me was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He showed me new products and encouraged me to test a new line of vapes, which I liked a lot, by the way. He is also willing to give discounts for your purchases. I will definitely return to this shop for vapes!
